In our previous postings on our hormone series, we delved into what exactly hormones are, and why they’re important. Now we’ll cover some of the common symptoms of hormone imbalances, including a few that may surprise you.

When most people think of hormone imbalances, they think of things like sex drive problems, infertility, PMS, and hot flashes. These can certainly be indicative of hormone issues, but there are many other common symptoms that you might not expect to be a result of hormone imbalances. Three of the most common are foggy thinking, abdominal fat, and difficulty sleeping.
