We just sent out this survey to see where people are with their alcohol intake, if they are trying to bring it down… and if they have brought it down, has this helped with weight and health?
200 people answered this survey very quickly which gave us some good numbers
out of the gate. You can participate in the survey here.
One interesting bit of data is that half of ALL respondents have cut down on their alcohol intake AND say this has helped them. (Question 4)
1. Do you drink Alcohol?
2. If you answered YES, are you trying to cut down on the amount you drink?
3. If you are trying to reduce your alcohol intake, do you find yourself pressured to drink because that is considered “normal”?
4. If you have reduced the amount you drink, has this helped you lose weight, feel better or any other health IMPROVEMENT?
