1 scoop Vanilla protein powder (click here for Cheat System Diet Brand Vanilla)
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1/2 cup water
6 ice cubes
1 cup raw carrots
1/2 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseed meal
1/2 scoop fiber (click here for Cheat System Diet Extra Fiber)
Dash ground cloves
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
