Try Intermittent Fasting (IF).
Unless you’ve been living under a rock the past few years, you know IF entails alternately eating and not eating for various amounts of time. IF doesn’t work for everyone, and if you’re a novice you shouldn’t spontaneously decide to try it one Wednesday morning after a Tuesday night tacos-and-tequila debacle. Alternately, try dipping your foot in the IF water without plunging. If you eat a gargantuan lunch or dinner, make the rest of your day protein shakes.
