Meanwhile, the American Academy of Pediatrics recommends that children older than 2 watch no more than two hours per day of quality screen time, which includes television, non-homework-related computer time and video games for children and teens.
  2. Decide on a healthy limit to technology use for your family and make sure everybody follows it (including mom and dad)
  3. Turn off devices (TV, iPads, smartphones, etc.) at the dinner table and commit to making it positive bonding time.
