#10: You Exercise at the Wrong Time (for You)
There isn’t a “right time” or “wrong time” to exercise in general, but you should be aware of your own needs. If you’re the sort of person who loves to have a meal after working out, don’t have breakfast before you go to the gym, just have a small snack. You’ll almost certainly want to go eat breakfast afterwards, and doubling your breakfasts (or lunches, or dinners) will make it difficult to lose weight.
