Don't overestimate your ability!There is a tendency, especially when just beginning, to overestimate what your body is capable of. This leads to poor form, poor results, and often injury as well, all of which lead to demotivation and often cessation of an exercise routine. Start small and work bigger. Focus on good form first, and only push your boundaries when you’re 100% certain of where they are!
