Plan your workout ahead!If you always play it by ear at the gym, then you’ll never have consistency and won’t improve as much as you are actually capable of. Plan your workout ahead of time, and plan to do the same workout for a number of weeks, then plan a new routine. It takes a little extra time up-front, but when you reach the gym, you’ll be able to move with purpose and accomplish much more in less time.
