#20: You Skip When You Have Limited Time

You always have time for something!Life often gets in the way of the best planned routines, but don’t give it all up when something gets in the way! If you have limited time, do half your workout today and the other half tomorrow. Or do only a portion of the exercises and forgive yourself for not being able to do them all this week. Either way, do what you do have time for, and don’t skip just because you can’t be perfect!
