The Cheat System Diet 14 Day Uber program is designed to help you speed up your weight loss during a 14 day period. It is based on the concept of Cheats and Eats, and also inspired by the observation that people really like to try hybrid versions of plans they already like.
During the 14 period, which starts on Tuesday, August 4th you will be following a modified version of CSD which will emphasize dramatically lower or eliminated animal protein, and much higher “Eats”
during the course of the day.
There will be recipes and motivation each day. And also some light exercise suggestions. In our experience, this type of plan can lead to accelerated weight loss during the two weeks.

The Reason CSD Uber Works:
The basic Cheat System Diet is a micronutrient rich and micronutrient focused diet. The idea there is that most people get plenty of macronutrients- the calorie containing nutrients that include fat, carbs and proteins.
And people do not get adequate micronutrients in their diet. These are the phytochemicals, trace minerals, vitamins and other organic compounds. In fact, it is not uncommon for morbidly obese people to be micronutrient deficient. Even though they eat a lot of food, they are in fact malnourished.
From a weight loss perspective, when you increase your micronutrient consumption, weight loss increases. So does your long term health profile.
