This is seriously good. She has been on a Cauliflower Rice kick for a while now. And I really have not been a fan. Until now. She put a forkful into my mouth this morning. Seriously good. Whole Foods now sells riced Cauliflower, which makes this a ton easier. This is what it looks like:
Here’s how to make it. Takes 7 minutes
Not only does this taste good, it’s full of fiber, only 4 grams of Net
carbs if you’re at atkins/keto follower right now). Dairy, gluten, and
everything else free, but more importantly, you make your eggs and bacon
have micronutrient density and detox power with the cauliflower rice.
And it’s the best substitute for hash browns.
Cheat System Diet: 1 cheat, 2 eats!
2 slices of bacon
6 ounces of cauliflower rice (I prefer frozen, for some reason, the
texture is better to eat, and it never goes bad. Trader Joe’s/Whole
foods have it. 6 ounces is 1/2 the frozen bag)
Coconut oil spray
Red pepper flakes
In a medium sauce pan, medium heat, Spray with coconut oil and place the
cauliflower rice. Start mixing around with a wooden spoon. In 4
minutes, add the salt/pepper, red pepper flakes. Move to the side. Use
the other side of the pan to cook your fried egg. 🙂 Cook to
desired consistency. I favor it more cooked.
In a separate pan, cook the bacon. On low/medium heat, it usually takes
about 5 minutes.
Place the cooked cauliflower mixture in a bowl. Then arrange the bacon
and egg on top. Enjoy!! 🙂
