How Relationships Effect Your Motivation
This is the 5th and final part of our Motivation Bootcamp. If you missed earlier sessions here they are:
Key Concept: We know that relationships and other people sabotage weight loss efforts. How do you prevent people from sabotaging you while maintaining the relationships that you need to maintain no matter what.
–You motivation does not need to stop
-You can become a disciplined gatekeeper
–When you come from a place of compassion, you lead by example and become a leader
-You become that person that people look to.
-The negativity will wane over time and you don’t need to replace the people around you.
-When you expect negativity, prepare to react compassionately and don’t play the game you don’t allow other people to knock you into a different state.
